OUR VISION
OUR MISSION

We envision a world where every child who is deaf or hard of hearing can achieve their dreams. Through early detection, advanced hearing amplification technology, and our Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) program, children and families are empowered to boldly achieve new heights. We are committed to ensuring that financial barriers never hinder a child’s access to the transformative power of education and communication. We believe that everyone can Hear and Be Heard.

To foster lifelong learning, literacy, and independence in children who are deaf and hard of hearing through a comprehensive and family-focused Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) program, regardless of a family’s financial resources.

The All Ears! Center Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) team are passionate about guiding and coaching parents to help their children reach optimal spoken language outcomes, lifelong literacy, and independence.

We believe that children who are deaf and hard of hearing can learn to listen and speak alongside their typical hearing peers. Our team leads the way in early hearing loss detection, early technological amplification, and continued collaboration between in-house Listening and Spoken Language (LSL) interventionists and pediatric audiologists.

All Ears! Center’s specialized approach puts the family first – parents become the leader of their LSL team.

“All Ears gave our family a future where we could see our child grow and thrive alongside their hearing peers. From early intervention through the transition to mainstream education, the center has guided us every step of the way, helping our child become a confident self-advocate while raising awareness of hearing-related needs in the broader community.

We came to All Ears for its caring and professional services, and over time, we’ve become part of its mission. The center’s outreach—through fundraising, community events, and welcoming family participation—showed us not only what our own child needed, but also how we could support other families on similar journeys. This experience has touched our lives in ways we never imagined when we first began, and it goes far beyond what any typical medical facility offers.”

“My experience with All Ears has been nothing short of life-changing. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was met with compassion, professionalism, and unwavering support. This incredible non-profit organization is deeply committed to helping individuals with hearing deficiencies, and their work truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

The day my cochlear implant was activated will forever be etched in my memory. The world opened up in ways I never imagined possible. Sounds I had long forgotten came rushing back, bringing with them a profound sense of connection and joy. The team at All Ears guided me through every step of the process with patience and encouragement, making an overwhelming journey feel empowering.

Thanks to All Ears, I’ve regained more than just my hearing—I’ve regained confidence, independence, and a renewed appreciation for life’s everyday moments. I will be forever grateful for their dedication and the transformative impact they’ve had on my life.”

“Rosie was three and only spoke three words. Now there is no stopping her. She sings and is able to communicate with her hearing peers and family. Everyone sees the difference and loves having conversations with her. I’m so blessed and glad we have found our way to All Ears! Center! I have no doubt this was the best choice for her.”

SUPPORTER TESTIMONIAL – Byrom W., Houston, TX
“I made it [donation to All Ears!] in memory of my late wife Nancy, who was a cochlear implant recipient. She had a progressive hearing loss which was first noticed when she was in the first grade. It got progressively worse until she was 64, and hearing aids no longer helped. She was evaluated by Houston Ear Research Foundation, which recommended the cochlear implant. Unfortunately, HERF no longer exists. So I was a little excited to find out about All Ears! The cochlear implant was a miracle for Nancy. Without it, she was basically deaf. Her “good” ear could not be helped with a hearing aid.”

“The All Ears Center has been a true blessing in our lives. When our son was diagnosed with profound hearing loss as a newborn, we were overwhelmed and unsure of what the future would hold. From the very beginning, All Ears provided not only expert guidance and early intervention but also unwavering support and love. Thanks to their dedication, our son is now a vibrant, outspoken (and opinionated!) 2-year-old who is developing listening and spoken language at the same level as his hearing peers. We are forever grateful for the life-changing impact All Ears has had on our family.”
