Kristin Valicevic

Kristin Valicevic is Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner, Global Business Lines, at Halliburton in Houston, Texas.

Kristin joined Halliburton in 2010 and has progressed through a variety of HR leadership roles, including HR Business Partner for Support Services, Global HR leader supporting Technology, and several roles supporting Halliburton’s Product Service Lines. She has also served as a project lead for mergers and acquisitions, supporting organizational transitions and divestitures.

Prior to joining Halliburton, Kristin spent more than two years with Chevron and began her career with a privately owned recruiting firm, where she held a variety of recruiting and support services roles.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University. She resides in The Woodlands, Texas, with her husband, Matt, and their five children.

Kristin is honored to serve on the All Ears! board and is passionate about supporting the organization’s mission to promote literacy, learning, and independence. She looks forward to contributing her leadership experience, passion for developing people, and commitment to the community to help All Ears continue making a meaningful impact.
