Charlotte Pomasl is the Vice-President of Tax for Forum Energy Technologies, Inc., a role she has held since 2024. Prior to joining Forum Energy Technologies, Inc., Ms. Pomasl served in various tax leadership roles at NPK and TotalEnergies respectively. Throughout her 30 year career, Charlotte has held various roles of increasing responsibility in international taxation at Deloitte, EY, PwC, AIG, and Waste Management, Inc. Charlotte graduated Summa cum Laude from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas where she obtained her BBA in Accounting. She also has a Masters degree in Accounting with a specialization in Taxation from The University of Texas at Austin.
Charlotte joined the Board of Directors of All Ears! in 2024 to support the organization’s mission as she believes the ability to communicate well is critical to being successful both in life and in one’s career. Charlotte has lived in The Woodlands since 1999 and has one daughter. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, and traveling.
