Debbie Jessen Kulasa has been in the education field for over twenty-five years. She did her undergraduate work at Kent State University in Ohio and received her Master’s in Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her school district work includes being a classroom teacher, literacy specialist, trainer, and tutor. Outside of the classroom, Debbie held positions as a National Trainer of Trainers, Curriculum Specialist, Sales Manager, Account Executive, Vice President of Business Development, and Marketing Director at for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in curriculum and instruction, technology, funding, and services.
Debbie and her husband John have two wonderful children. Her family utilized the All Ears family-focused resources and clinic for their daughter Autumn who was born deaf in 2013. Her son also attended All Ears summer and science camps, parent nights, and Project Liftoff Family Camp as a hearing peer. The Kulasa family continues to lean on All Ears at each stage of their hearing journey.
Outside of work and school, Debbie enjoys watching her children play sports and volunteering at Sunday school. She especially enjoys attending Autumn’s choir concerts and listening to her sing.
