Evan Berlin, Board Member

Evan Berlin’s focus has always been on youth and family programs and education. Evan grew up in The Woodlands and is a longtime resident of Montgomery County, where he is involved with Rotary Club of The Woodlands, Yes to Youth, The Woodlands Charities, and Mosaics of Mercy (among others).

He has served as a Board Member of The Heritage Oaks School, Board Member for Camp for All Young Professionals, and served many years as Chairman and Co-founder of The Constellation Foundation. Currently, Evan serves on the board of Mosaics of Mercy and The Woodlands Charities.

Evan has engaged with local, state, and federal politicians and organizations on regulatory and legislative policy impacting at-risk-youth and children within the foster care system; in addition, he has conducted extensive research on both education and community engagement, educational standards, children and youth development needs, and programs that support children and youth at every stage and all abilities.

As a result of Evan’s work, he was named a Community Hero by the TCU Alumni Association and recognized by The Houston Dynamo Charitable Foundation as a Community Champion. Following Evan’s time in the AEC industry, he entered the energy industry in which he has worked for more than 12 years as a strategic growth leader.

Evan holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University in Strategic Communication and a Master of Arts in Global Affairs from Rice University.
